Current Opportunity:
Right now, we are´ seeking a Brand Team Leader to join our Marketing Team in Zagreb. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Brand Team Leader will lead the local execution of brand strategy, ensuring consistency, relevance, and impact across all channels, while driving brand growth, market share, and performance through data-driven decisions and effective campaign management.
What You’ll Be Doing:
The Brand Team Lead duties include but are not limited to:
- Works closely with the Group Marketing team on the development and localization of brand strategy, in line with Group guidelines and with the approval of the Head of Marketing.
- Responsible for the implementation, oversight, adaptation, and operational execution of the brand in the local market, including positioning, visual identity, and tone of communication.
- Owns the local application of brand guidelines and ensures their consistent use across all marketing, communication, sponsorship, CSR, and other brand activities.
- Takes ownership of key third-party relationships relevant to the brand, including creative and media agencies, production companies, content providers, and other external partners.
- Continuously monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), including financial metrics (e.g., sales and market share) and brand health metrics (brand tracking, IPSOS metrics, qualitative research, and focus groups).
- Actively contributes to the growth of PSK’s market share by strengthening brand relevance, differentiation, and consistent market presence.
- Conducts and leverages market and brand research to track consumer behavior, understand market trends, and identify future growth opportunities for the brand.
- Responsible for the development and execution of the local brand activity plan, with a focus on creating and delivering brand projects and campaigns, including the promotion of key commercial messages.
- Manages and coordinates the execution of integrated brand and marketing campaigns across all relevant platforms and channels, ensuring optimal context, messaging, and brand consistency.
- Participates in the preparation of the annual brand budget and monitors its execution on a monthly basis, in line with defined brand objectives and strategy.
- Manages and develops sponsorship activities in line with both local and Group brand strategy.
- Expands and enhances sponsorship initiatives in accordance with PSK strategy.
- Analyzes the effectiveness of marketing and brand campaigns and provides recommendations for further optimization and improvement.
- Oversees advertising, product design, and other marketing activities to ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints.
- Ensures that all brand activities and communications comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements in the local market.
- Manages allocated budgets and works closely with related internal departments.
- Regularly reports to the Head of Marketing on brand status, key initiatives, achieved results, and identified risks.
What We’re Looking For:
You should have experience in:
- Bachelor degree/University degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field
- English language at C2 level
- Strong knowledge of brand management principles, brand strategy development, and positioning.
- Solid understanding of integrated marketing communications and multi-channel campaign management.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels, media planning, and performance metrics.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Dynamic, fast-paced work environment with multiple parallel projects and deadlines.
- Close collaboration with regional (Group) teams and local cross-functional departments.
