Current Opportunity:
Right now, we are´ seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team in Zagreb. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist will drive the effective execution and continuous optimization of multi-channel marketing acquisition activities by collaborating with local and Group teams, leveraging data-driven insights and market knowledge to maximize user acquisition, engagement, profitability, and campaign scalability, while ensuring consistent brand delivery and best-in-class media performance across digital and offline channels.
What You’ll Be Doing:
The Brand Team Lead duties include but are not limited to:
- Participate on development, execution and continuous optimization of monthly marketing acquisition plan and live campaigns in online and offline marketing channels, consulting with local and group teams, with focus on the delivery of relevant KVDs and maximisation of profitability and scale.
- Provide local market input for group acquisition team to ensure that acquisition promotions are distributed across all channels (PPC, Social, RTB) with approved messaging, key visual and promotional mechanic.
- Develop and maintain relationship with local media agency and publishers, cooperating to deliver best in class media strategy by the agency and individual campaign goals across multiple media channels.
- Managing and developing organic social media (end-to-end) – content planning, publishing, communication, and performance analysis.
- Responsible for execution of Digital marketing through agency or in direct relation to media publishers according to plans worked together with Group acquisition team.
- Brings new ideas and initiatives to improve user acquisition and engagement.
- Work with various tools necessary for the daily management of activities, such as reporting, invoicing, task management, analytics, testing etc.
- Develop a close relationship with Group brand and development teams, be responsible for sending briefs for creative deliverables, for both localizing and developing creative assets, such as banners, landing pages, campaign websites and ensuring on time delivery.
- Monitoring digital marketing trends and sports events to enable timely reactions and capitalize on opportunities.
- Planning, managing, and optimizing budgets for digital campaigns.
- Performing other tasks and duties as assigned by and under the instructions of the immediate supervisor, within the scope of the employee’s designated role.
What We’re Looking For:
You should have experience in:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing
- English language at B2 level
- Experience with planning, executing and evaluating digital media campaigns and promotions and managing organic social media content.
- Familiar with digital marketing systems: Google 360, Double Click, Ad Form, Facebook Business Manager etc. (hands-on campaign management not required).
- Active interest in and regular following sports events.
- Highly motivated individual with ability to formulate, present and execute campaign ideas.
- Passionate with innovative thinking and up to date with the latest trends in marketing performance / media / affiliate industry.
- Good communications skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage your time and tasks effectively.
- Analytical and data-driven thinking.
