Current Opportunity:
Right now, we´re seeking 2 Group Insight Analysts to join our great Commercial department - based either at our Prague Headquarters, our office in Zagreb or in our upcoming hubs in Madrid. As a Group Insights Analyst, your purpose is to bring analytical rigor, clarity and structure to Group‑level strategic and commercial initiatives. You will work across markets and functions to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support commercial evaluations, business cases, market assessments, due diligence, performance monitoring, and cross‑country optimisation
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:
- Perform extensive data mining, aggregation and transformation to identify trends, assess product performance, understand customer behavior and highlight operational efficiencies.
- Propose new hypotheses and analytically evaluate ideas that contribute to the development and assessment of commercial and strategic initiatives across markets.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, automated reports and visualizations to communicate KPIs and insights across the organization.
- Present findings in a clear, concise and compelling way for both technical and non‑technical audiences, supporting decision‑making for strategic and commercial initiatives.
- Educate and support stakeholders in interpreting insights, understanding methodologies and leveraging data for decision‑making.
- Respond to ad‑hoc analytical requests related to commercial performance, project monitoring, opportunity sizing and strategic evaluations.
- Collaborate with BI teams, data scientists and commercial stakeholders on advanced analytics (forecasting, segmentation, anomaly detection, performance modelling).
- Address data quality issues, including deduplication, outlier detection and resolution of inaccuracies in large transactional datasets.
- Translate transactional data into business‑relevant insights that inform strategic decisions, improve efficiency and support revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For:
You should have experience in:
- University degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related discipline
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written (at least C1)
- 4+ years of experience in analytics, business insights, commercial analysis or similar roles
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to simplify complex information
- Strong experience with PowerBI
- Advanced knowledge of SQL
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
It would be a bonus if you bring:
- Working experience with Python
- Experience with Google Analytics / Similar web analytics platforms
- Knowledge of Czech, Slovak, Polish, Romanian or Croatian
- Experience in the gambling industry
