Current Opportunity:

Right now, we´re seeking a Group Junior IT Network Engineer for our office in Zagreb, responsible for delivering tasks, projects, troubleshooting, and other support. As part of the Group IT team, you will manage FEG’s internal network and infrastructure ensuring smooth service delivery of dedicated service(s) in the granted responsibility domain with a focus on state-of-the-art service level management (incident/problem/change management, etc.)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:

• Participation in Group IT Projects during the entire project life cycle (Agile, Waterfall methodologies)
• Participation in service delivery during the entire project life cycle (identification, ideation, requirements gathering, design, build, testing, delivery, operation, csi)
• Active participation in Service delivery improvement and service evangelization
• Propose and implement market IT standards and best practices in the Group IT organization
• IT Engineering of role-specific activities in the given service domain specified by the team manager and respective service owner
• Participation in 24x7 on-call duty rotation, based on an agreed schedule

What We’re Looking For:

You should have experience in:

•  Education High School/University
•  Fluent level of English and Croatian, both written and verbal (at least C1)
•  3 years of experience in the Networking field  
•  Experience in IT and IT Infrastructure
•  Knowledge of routing & switching
•  Experience with transaction and online systems
•  Up-to-date knowledge and hands-on experience with one or more role-specific technologies: Cloud native technology domain (IaaS, PaaS services), Azure, AWS, GCP, O365

It would be a bonus if you bring:

• CCNA certificate
• Understanding of Mikrotik
• Hands-on experience with hardware - physically installing HW appliances and patching
