Current Opportunity
Right now, we´re seeking a Data Scientist with a strong background in graph-based data analysis to join our AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise working with Neo4j, Cypher query language, and the Graph Data Science (GDS) library to uncover insights, develop graph-based models, and contribute to strategic decision-making across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:
- Design, implement, and maintain graph data models using Neo4j.
- Write efficient Cypher queries to extract insights and support analytics workflows.
- Leverage Neo4j Graph Data Science (GDS) for tasks like community detection, similarity analysis, node classification, and link prediction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, Product, and Business) to translate business problems into graph-based solutions.
- Develop and present dashboards, reports, and visualizations for graph analysis results.
- Contribute to model evaluation, validation, and deployment efforts where graph-based ML is applied.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Fluent communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Team player who can share experience with the team and grow them technically
- High quantitative and cognitive ability to solve complex problem and think with a vision
You Should Have Experience In
- 3–5 years of professional experience in data science or analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience with Neo4j, Cypher, and the GDS library.
- Solid understanding of graph theory, algorithms, and use cases.
- Proficiency in Python, including use of libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, or networkx.
- Experience with data wrangling, preprocessing, and working with large datasets.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good-to-have
- Experience integrating Neo4j with Python using py2neo or neo4j Python drivers.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Azure ML).
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD and version control tools like Git.
- Experience in deploying graph models into production environments.
Certifications (Preferred but not required)
- Neo4j Certified Professional
- Neo4j Graph Data Science Certification
- Relevant Data Science or ML certifications (Coursera, edX, Microsoft, etc.)
