Current Opportunity
Right now, we´re seeking an AI Architect to lead the design and deployment of intelligent, autonomous systems that leverage the latest in generative AI, multi-agent frameworks, and cloud-native AI infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable, secure, and human-aligned AI systems that can reason, plan, and act autonomously in complex environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:
- Architect and implement AI systems integrating LLMs & ML models into product and applcations.
- Design and deploy multi-agent orchestration frameworks for customer facing and enterprise use cases (e.g., personalization, bonus, fraud, community).
- Build and manage cloud-native AI pipelines using Azure AI services.
- Create high-level product specifications, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Define and enforce AI governance, safety, and ethical standards in system design.
- Evaluate and integrate open-source and proprietary AI tools, including vector databases, orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI), and cloud-native AI platforms.
- Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives and scale successful prototypes into production-ready systems.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Fluent communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Team player who can share experience with the team and grow them technically
- High quantitative and cognitive ability to solve complex problem and think with a vision
You Should Have Experience In
- Minimum 7+ years in technology with 3+ years in AI/ML and 2+ years in Generative AI/LLM solutions
- Proficiency in Python for AI/ML and agent development.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, and AI Agent development frameworks.
- Expertise in Databricks (on Azure) for large-scale data engineering and transformation workflows, including the use of PySpark, Scala, Delta Lake, and MLflow
- Solid experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG pipelines, and Vector Database integration.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and experience with building/consuming APIs for data exchange. Familiarity with OAuth2.0, token-based authentication, and secure API practices in cloud environments.
- Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with NLP tools, frameworks, and libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face, Transformers, etc.).
