Current Opportunity
Right now, we´re seeking a DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure technologies to join our growing AI/ML team. You will play a key role in deploying, scaling and monitoring of machine learning models and Generative AI applications across our Azure and Databricks platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Databricks MLOps, CI/CD pipeline creation, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and strong familiarity with containerized and microservice-based architecture.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:
Model & Application Deployment
- Deploy, operationalize, and maintain traditional ML models, LLMs, and GenAI applications in Azure and Databricks.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for ML (MLOps) and GenAI workflows using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Databricks Workflows.
- Containerize and orchestrate AI workloads using Docker, AKS, and Azure ML Endpoints.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.
Cloud Infrastructure & Monitoring
- Manage ML training, feature processing, and inference environments in Azure ML, Databricks, and Azure Data Lake.
- Ensure scalable cluster configurations, cost optimization.
- Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
Monitoring & Reliability
- Implement monitoring for model performance, drift, data quality, and system health using Azure Monitor, Databricks Lakehouse Monitoring, and custom dashboards.
- Establish automated retraining, versioning, rollback, and failover strategies for ML/AI systems.
- Troubleshoot production AI pipelines and ensure high availability and reliability.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Fluent communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Team player who can share experience with the team and grow them technically
- High quantitative and cognitive ability to solve complex problem and think with a vision
You Should Have Experience In
- 5+ years of experience in ML Ops, DevOps, or AI engineering.
- Strong expertise with Azure: Azure ML, Azure DevOps, AKS, ACR, AAD, Key Vault, App Services.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, MLflow, Jobs, Workflows, Feature Store).
- Proficiency in Python, Spark, SQL, and automation scripting.
- Experience deploying ML models and GenAI applications (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs).
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/Bicep), Docker, APIs, and microservices.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
