Job Title: Group AI ML Architect

Key Purpose Statement – Core mission

At FEG, we are moving all our BI teams into an Agile way of working, we will have functional end to end BI teams which delivers the roadmap. To support the delivery teams, there is a central Agile Delivery team provides business priority-based feature roadmap, and the central platform team provides platform, frameworks and architecture.

Your role as AI ML Architect in the central platform team is to provide the architecture, framework and solution for all AIML solutions at FEG. You will guide all data scientists in applying the solutions and delivering the roadmap.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, Design, develop and lead the AI ML architecture for FEG
• Design the AI ML Models and solutions including the costs and operations
• Supervise the EDA, development, implementation, ongoing optimization and monitoring of all AI/ML solutions
• Provide technical expertise on AI/MLto all data scientists in all BI teams
• Ensure the delivery teams produce high-quality outputs across the full ML lifecycle, review the solutions and assess the
• Incease the AI maturity of the company – support both knowedge of the teams and improvement of processes
• Lead the discussions with business stakehoders on understaning the requirement and use cases and coming up with the right AI/ML based solutions
• Support Product Owner to refine the AI/ML feature backlog, designing solutions and supporting in quarterly prioritisation and regular statuses
• Work with other data architects and BI managers for dependencies and aligning on resolving them.
• Be the AI & ML point of contact in the business, promote data driven practices and analytical solutions.

Cooperation with: BI Managers, Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Specialists, in business operational teams across teams and countries.

Requirements AND OTHER SPECIFICATIONS – Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• A degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Statistics / MBA or Economics or a related field.
• Fluent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
• Minimum 6 years + experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst or similar role.
• A minimum of 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in developing and managing Data Analytics, Machine Learning and AI functions in a large data-focused organisation

Qualifications, knowledge

• 5+ years of experience in leading and motivating data scientists, data analysts, ML Ops engineers
• Experience in leading development, maintenance of analysts and building AI/ML models
• Excellent knowledge of Personalisation, Recommendation, Prediction, Regression, Segmentation models.
• Good understanding of NLP and Gen AI models.
• Great experience in Data Modelling, Excel, SQL, R, Python, PySpark, Statistics.
• Excellent analytics skills, ability to synthesize information and generate insights.
• Presentation skills in data visualization with storytelling.
• Team player who can share the experience with the team and grow them technically.
• Experience with agile teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• High quantitative and cognitive ability to solve complex problems and think with a vision.
