POSITION TITLE: Group Marketing Operations Specialist

 

Description 

Over past years we have fully established new marketing operations environment by integrating best in class software to manage our marketing activities. We are in the process of enabling real-time data and continuous improvement of our campaigns as well as delivery of a new promotion manager that will expand our mechanics portfolio and simplify operations.

 

Your role is to become an expert within our stack – knowing all marketing tools and supporting local marketing teams and group retention by delivering quality marketing operations. Configure marketing promotions and campaigns from A to Z, ensure proper QA and optimal customer journeys.

 

Responsibilities

  • Content management and publishing
  • QA of marketing promotions / user flows
  • Collect internal customer needs and desires and provide feedback to imrpove marketing capabilities (tools development)
  • Maintain and evolve all of the documentation and ensure all documentation is up-to-speed all the time
  • Provide support and onboarding to internal stakeholders

 

Requirements - Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent technical knowledge of CRM tools and analytical systems
  • CRM experience (at least 1 year as CRM specialist – working with tools like Bloomreach, Dynamic Yield, Salesforce, or anything similar)
  • Working experience with CMS (Wordpress, Drupal, Adobe, Bloomreach or similar), publishing content, managing websites, etc.
  • Understanding of Web Editors and basic of HTML, CSS
  • Experience with QA
  • Industry experience is a plus (1y+ experience at online / retail SB / Casino)

 

Qualifications, knowledge of “XY”, specific technology; hard and soft skills required:

 

  • Experience with Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with Jira or similar task management tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
