Current Opportunity
We are looking for a methodical, results-driven Group QA Analyst to drive quality assurance in critical business areas.
As a Group QA Analyst, you will play a key role in assessing functionality, system feasibility, and risk mitigation throughout the product development lifecycle. Your work will directly contribute to product excellence, ensuring seamless user experiences and business continuity.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical problem-solving skills, a passion for detecting and resolving complex issues, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams. Success in this role requires deep technical understanding, attention to detail, and the ability to see the bigger picture in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and implement comprehensive Test Strategies and Test Plans to ensure quality across critical business areas.
- Identify key product components, systems, and test data requirements to support effective test planning and execution.
- Define detailed test scenarios and scope, incorporating functional, feature, integration, regression, and other relevant testing types.
- Continuously monitor and adapt test suites and regression tests based on changes in deliverables.
- Lead Test Strategy and Test Plan handover sessions, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer to QA Engineers and Agile development teams.
- Maintain regular collaboration with product owners, business analysts, architects, QA Leads, and development teams to align on testing objectives.
- Actively contribute to the QA community, promoting best practices and process improvements.
- Engage in Agile and project-based planning and testing to support timely and high-quality releases.
- Serve as a backup for the Group QA Lead, stepping in when required.
- Provide additional support in test case creation, execution, updates, and test data preparation as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QA Analyst or in a similar quality assurance role.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) – strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
It Would Be a Bonus If You Bring
- ISTQB Certification – Certified ISTQB Test Analyst or higher is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
- Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Xray, or similar).
- Knowledge of SQL and database validation to support data-driven testing.

- Ability to analyze and document test results, generate reports, and communicate findings effectively.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a commitment to continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment while maintaining consistency and accuracy in testing activities.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, best practices, and protocols for software quality assurance.
- Experience working in large-scale, multi-team projects with cross-functional collaboration.
- Willingness to mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the QA community.
