Current Opportunity

Right now, we´re seeking a Group RPA Developer to build, enhance, and support automations that deliver measurable business value across Finance, Risk, Compliance, Trading/Customer Care. You will partner day-to-day with the RPA Team Leader / Automation Delivery Lead to deliver reliable, secure, and well-documented automations in UiPath and complement them with Power Automate/Power Apps/Power BI where it makes sense.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:

  • End-to-end development in UiPath: Design, build, and maintain robots using Reframe work, queues, triggers, assets, and Action Center forms/tasks; implement robust exception handling and retries.
  • Power Platform for “smart automation"
  • Build/extend flows in Power Automate and light Power Apps as complements to RPA (e.g., O365/SharePoint integrations, approvals, telemetry surfacing in Power BI). You will often bridge UiPath Microsoft 365 Activities with Power Platform components to meet business needs. Operational ownership & incident resolution
  • Investigate production failures, analyze logs, fix selectors, restore connections/credentials, and stabilize runs (DB connectivity, Key Vault/O365 connections, app URL/format changes).
  • Documentation & handover: Produce and maintain PDD/SDD, Operations Guides, and Handover documents; keep exception catalogs and BC/DR sections complete; ensure environments, assets, and runbooks are clearly described.
  • CI/CD & DevOps: Package, version, and deploy via Orchestrator and Azure DevOps; contribute to pipeline scripts/variables and multi-environment deployment practices.
  • UAT, releases, and hypercare: Support analysts and business in UAT, close CRs/bugs, and provide hypercare after go-live; keep ticket hygiene and changelogs.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Product/Process Owners and SMEs (Risk/Withdrawals, Compliance/DPO, Sportsbook/Trading, CC) to clarify logic, test data, and acceptance criteria.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years in RPA/software development with 2+ years hands-on in UiPath; demonstrable Power Automate experience.
  • Proven track record stabilizing production automations and writing clear technical documentation.
  • Clear communication with business SMEs and analysts; pragmatic prioritization; ownership and follow-through in incidents.
  • (Good to have) Security & access patterns (e.g., Azure Key Vault, service connections, app registrations), O365 connections governance.
  • (Good to have) Familiarity with gaming domain tools (IMS, Betsys) and third-party data sources (Betradar/Perform).

You Should Have Experience In

  • UiPath: Orchestrator (queues, triggers, assets, jobs), Action Center, selectors, modern folder model, unattended robots, Orchestrator APIs.
  • Microsoft Power Platform: Power, basic Power Apps, and Power BI usage for ops reporting.
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Azure DevOps/Git branching, package versioning, pipeline variables, and multi-env deployments.
  • Data & Integrations: REST APIs, SQL (read/write, SPs), file parsers (CSV/XLSX/PDF), O365 connectors; troubleshoot DB/Key Vault connectivity.
