Current Opportunity
Right now, we´re seeking a Group RPA Team Leader, the primary partner to the Group Business Process Optimisation Manager in leading FEG’s internal RPA development team. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, delivery of automation solutions, and alignment with strategic goals. The RPA Team Leader will manage two RPA developers, oversee governance, and drive adoption of UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform for enterprise automation.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:
Team Leadership & Delivery
- Manage and mentor two RPA developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
- Oversee sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and daily stand-ups.
- Act as the escalation point for technical issues and coordinate resolution.
Technical Expertise
- Design, review, and optimize automation workflows using UiPath (Orchestrator, Robots, Triggers).
- Develop and integrate solutions on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Ensure secure and scalable architecture, including Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and service connections.
Governance & Compliance
- Maintain documentation standards (PDDs, SDDs, user guides).
- Implement best practices for credential management, access control, and segregation of duties.
- Monitor operational KPIs and report savings and efficiency metrics to leadership.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with process owners, IT, and compliance teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Communicate progress, risks, and blockers to the Group Business Process Optimisation Manager.
- Support strategic initiatives such as transitioning from vendor-led to in-house automation delivery.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive innovation by introducing smart automation use cases leveraging AI and Power Platform.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards.
- Mentor team members and build internal capability for future growth
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Fluent communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Team player who can share experience with the team and grow them technically
- High quantitative and cognitive ability to solve complex problem and think with a vision
You Should Have Experience In
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in UiPath (development, Orchestrator administration).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, APIs, SQL and SSL.
- C#, Python and .NET
Leadership Skills:
- Ability to lead a small technical team and manage delivery under tight timelines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Governance & Compliance:
- Understanding of automation governance frameworks and security best practices
