Current Opportunity

Right now, we´re seeking an AI Software Engineer with strong experience in designing and deploying high-availability AI applications on cloud platforms (Azure preferred). This role focuses on building real-time, low-latency systems, including AI/ML application deployment, real-time data ingestion, and lightweight user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with containerized platforms (OpenShift or AKS), modern CI/CD pipelines, and operating production-grade systems at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing 

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:

• Design and implement high-availability, fault-tolerant architectures for deploying and operating AI applications and large-scale web services using cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Develop and maintain lightweight, user-friendly front-end interfaces as part of full-stack web applications using JavaScript (Vue.js/React/Angular), Node.js, or equivalent scripting languages and frameworks.
• Design and implement real-time data ingestion pipelines using event-driven architectures with Kafka and Redis.
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications and APIs on OpenShift (OCP) or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), ensuring real-time, low-latency serving.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps Pipelines, or GitHub Actions, enabling automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Integrate AI/ML models into production systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists, platform engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Ensure best practices for security, monitoring, logging, and observability in cloud-native environments.
• Participate in architectural reviews, performance tuning, and capacity planning.

What We’re Looking For  

• A degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
• Fluent communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Team player who can share experience with the team and grow them technically
• High quantitative and cognitive ability to solve complex problem and think with a vision

You should have experience in:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on building and operating production-grade, high-availability systems.
• Solid understanding of event-driven architectures and real-time data ingestion using Kafka and Redis.
• Experience building and maintaining real-time, low-latency systems and APIs.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks: Frontend: JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js
• Strong hands-on experience with containerized platforms such as OpenShift (OCP) and/or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native best practices for security, monitoring, logging, and observability.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into scalable, reliable production systems (preferred)
