Current Opportunity

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and business-oriented Management Intern to work closely with the Managing Director on strategic and operational initiatives. This role offers exposure to leadership-level decision-making and requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. You will support the MD in managing projects, preparing proposals and presentations, analyzing business data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations — including meeting coordination and travel planning.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategic & Analytical Support
    • Conduct market, competitor, and internal research to provide insights and recommendations.
    • Analyze business data and financial metrics to support strategic decision-making.
    • Assist in preparing proposals, business cases, and operational plans.
  • Presentation & Communication
    • Design and develop professional PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership meetings.
    • Summarize findings into actionable insights and visual formats.
    • Draft communication material such as briefs, reports, and executive summaries.
  • Meeting & Calendar Coordination
    • Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
    • Support in organizing internal and external leadership reviews.
  • Project & Proposal Management
    • Coordinate cross-functional projects, track progress, and ensure deliverables are on schedule.
    • Support in structuring and preparing client and internal proposals.
    • Maintain key project documentation and reports.
  • Travel Planning & Logistics
    • Plan and organize travel itineraries, including meetings, accommodation, and logistics for the MD.
    • Ensure all travel-related documents, reports, and materials are prepared in advance.
    • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth travel experiences.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Anticipate requirements, prioritize tasks, and proactively assist the MD in daily operations.
    • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Prior internship or experience in strategy, consulting, or business operations preferred.
