Current Opportunity:
Over past years we have fully established BI teams by building best in class data solutions for the entre FEG business. We are in the process of transforming our teams into an Agile setup which will improve or delivery practices and enhance our efficiency.
Your role is to be the Product Owner of entire BI team – knowing all business requirements, its priority, capacities in BI teams and able to provide a roadmap aligning the business needs and BI capacities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You will cooperate with Scrum Master, BI Managers and Business Stakeholders among others. Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:
- Meet with business stakeholders to gather requirements for all data related use cases - data integration, data transformation, KPIs, data reporting, data analytics (AI/ML)
- Own the BI backlog, refine it into estimated features with business and BI managers
- Get a good understanding of delivery capacity for BI teams from the Head of BI
- Plan a quarterly features delivery roadmap aligning business priority and delivery capacity
- Lead the agile ceremonies of Backlog Refinement, PI planning, Status Reporting
- Support Head of BI with the quarterly features prioritization process with business
- Help Scrum Master to develop feature delivery plan of 6 Sprints of prioritized features
- Support Scrum Master for the ceremonies of Sprint Planning, Standups, Retrospectives
- Communicate the feature delivery status with stakeholders every 2 weeks
- Raise blockers to Head of BI and help the BI Managers with solving them
What We’re Looking For:
- Team player who can share experience with the team and grow them
- High quantitative and cognitive ability to solve complex problem and think with a vision
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Program Manager / BI Delivery Manager (Agile)
- 5 + years of experience with Data Management – BI, Data Warehousing, Data, Data Analytics, Data Reporting
- Strong experience with Agile practices and leading a complex setup of multiple business domains
- Experience with MS Azure data stack will be beneficial
- Great knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, documentation processes
- English Language (upper-intermediate), Czech Language would be an advantage
- Excellent negotiation skills, communication skills and stakeholder management
- Teamwork, Passion for customer experience, Interest in learning
