Current Opportunity:

Right now, we’re looking for someone like you to join us as a Part-time Executive Team Assistant on our leadership team. The purpose of the role is to be the right hand of the  CEO and the executive team: to support multiple executives and keep them and the company organized, prioritized, and on time. As Executive team assistant, you will also support expat CxOs in situations related to relocation and other work-related issues. This role demands a strong sense of urgency, the ability to work independently, and a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

 

 

Kindly note that this is a Part-time position.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your daily activities will include:

  • Manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments for executive team. Remind CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Arrange travel, transport and accommodation for executive team. Organise events and collate and fill expenses.
  • Type, compile and prepare reports, documents, presentations and correspondence. Act as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Edit and translate correspondence and documents where applicable.
  • Take minutes of meetings and distribute action points after the meeting, collate feedback on action points prior regular executive team meetings.
  • Support with VISA, or any other work-related administrative tasks, and ensure translation for CXOs.

 

What We’re Looking For:

You should have experience in:

  • University degree
  • Knowledge of Czech and English language proficiency level – spoken and written
  • Knowledge of Excel and proficient PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while keeping deadlines
  • Highly motivated, organized individual who can work effectively with minimal supervision and a positive attitude to learn
