Current Opportunity:
Right now, we´re seeking a Group Advertising Specialist to join our great Marketing department responsible for owning the programmatic advertising programs in terms of setup and optimization across digital channels for FEG’s brands in Czechia, Croatia, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia. As Group Advertising Specialist, you will participate in the development of a strategy for this channel as a part of the digital ecosystem in cooperation with the Acquisition team and Group Senior Acquisition Controller.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:
- Manage daily execution of display initiatives, including budget and campaign performance monitoring
- Create and optimize campaigns via DV360
- Coordinate programmatic campaign management in-house and with cooperation with outsourcing partners
- Analyse and report on performance and results on a regular basis
- Develop and manage advertising automation projects to drive efficiency and performance at the proper customer path levels with different KPIs. Work with cross-functional team members and external stakeholders and contribute to other team projects and initiatives
- Follow the trends and keep up to date with best practices for digital marketing in order to create relevant and effective advertising strategies.
- Provide input for insights about digital marketing tools and practices to help the ACQ Team foster greater knowledge and understanding of the function across the organization
What We’re Looking For:
You should have experience in:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal (at C1)
- At least 2 years of experience as a digital marketing specialist
- Hands-on experience with display platforms, DSPs, or other RTB and programmatic tools is a must
- Advanced knowledge of Google marketing platform - DV360 operational fluency
- Good knowledge of digital marketing, advertising platforms, and marketing concepts such as campaign optimization, A/B testing,
It would be a bonus if you bring:
- Other FEG’s brand language
- Experience in managing multi-locale digital advertising programs
- Experience working in an international organization with several markets involved
