Current Opportunity 

Right now, we´re seeking a Group Affiliate Specialist to join our Group Acquisition team, responsible for shaping the affiliate marketing strategy across FEG brands and markets as a strategic advisor and enabler with local teams managing day-to-day affiliate activity. Translate business objectives into affiliate frameworks and best practices, supporting markets with expert guidance. Collaborate closely with Group Brand and Performance Team, Customer Engagement Team and local acquisition teams to maximise affiliate performance across the full funnel. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to: 

• Lead the development of group-level affiliate marketing strategy across FEG brands and markets. Identify new affiliate opportunities, formats and industry trends to strengthen FEG's affiliate positioning
• Translate business objectives into affiliate frameworks and best-practice guidance, for local teams to apply to their commercial and partnership decisions
• Act as strategic advisor to local marketing teams, supporting the planning and optimisation of their affiliate activity. Maintain group-level visibility and expertise on key affiliate networks, partners and platforms relevant across FEG markets.
• Consolidate and report group-level affiliate performance to the Group Performance Marketing Manager and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Customer Engagement and Brand teams to ensure affiliate activity supports broader marketing and customer journey objectives. 

What We’re Looking For 

You should have experience in: 

• University degree, preferably in communication or marketing.
• Fluent English, both written and oral at least C1/C2
• Preferred Certifications: Google Analytics (GA4) Certification
• At least 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing, with proven experience shaping affiliate strategy and advising on partner relationships.
• Experience advising or consulting across multiple markets or business units, ideally without direct execution ownership.
