As Group Automation Discovery Analyst, you will follow best-practice Discovery process to evaluate opportunities and assess Automation feasibility while also providing transformation and project delivery support.
Responsibilities:
- Documents as-is process, suggests process improvements and defines target state process
- Identifies critical dependencies to other projects and/or necessary changes to applications and processes
- Creates business case, effort estimation and implementation timeline
- Engages with business stakeholders throughout process to ensure business sign-off
- Prepares Automation decision materials and presents to business stakeholders and decision makers
- Provides insights and education to business
Requirements:
- University Degree
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience with automation potential identification and analysis and/or process management
- RPA / AI / OCR / BPM tool / low-code experience
- Lean/Six Sigma preferred
- General understanding of enterprise automation technologies and best-practices
- BPMN 2.0 and/or UML is a plus
