Current Opportunity

Right now, we´re seeking a Group Brand Manager to join our Group Brand team. In this role, you'll contribute to the development of group-level growth campaigns across our markets, with a clear focus on commercial priorities and product communication. You'll take campaigns from brand direction through to execution, making sure they're scalable, ROI-driven, and grounded in what the business actually needs. A key part of the role is staying close to our local markets - listening, picking up on what's working on the ground, and shaping campaigns that reflect it. You'll also lead our creative capabilities (copy, art and design )and work closely with the strategic brand function to keep improving how our campaigns perform across the group.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:

Strategic Growth Campaigns

  • Lead group-level growth campaigns that bring brand strategy, commercial priorities and product roadmaps together.
  • Turn brand direction into campaign concepts built to scale — and built to perform.
  • Team up with the strategic brand function to keep evolving how we run campaigns.

Commercial & Product Communication

  • Weave commercial opportunities and product priorities into brand campaigns.
  • Make sure every campaign tells customers, clearly, why our products are worth their time.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Commercial and local teams to keep everyone moving in the same direction.
  • Be the person business initiatives turn to when they need campaign support behind them.

Creative Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead the creative team (copy, art strategy, design) and give them clear direction to work from.
  • Protect brand consistency and quality without slowing anyone down.
  • Build the frameworks and toolkits that help campaigns scale across markets without losing what makes them work

What We’re Looking For

You should have experience in:

  • A university degree, ideally in communication or marketing.
  • Fluent English (C1 or above) — you'll be working across markets daily.
  • At least 8 years in marketing, brand management or communications.
  • Experience working in an international organization with several markets involved is considered a plus.
  • Strong understanding of integrated brand plans and building brands.
  • Ability to gather strategic insights to address customer behaviour changes.
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and media role.
  • Comfort with the digital ecosystem and how media actually works today.

Why You’ll Love It Here

Beyond our incredible office space, joining our team means enjoying a range of benefits:

  • An annual bonus
  • 5 weeks of holiday
  • Flexible working hours and hybrid working arrangements
  • An individual career development plan
  • Meal allowance
  • Cafeteria Benefit System (sports, culture, travel, health)
  • Employee events, well-being programs, and internal activities
  • Employee Referral Program
  • International environment with stable background
  • In-house barista, refreshments, and weekly fruit days
  • Access to internal tools and modern HR processes
  • Partner discounts (Dr. Max, Datart, Škoda Auto, and other)

If this sounds like your kind of place, let us know by applying! We can’t wait to hear from you.
