Current Opportunity:

Right now, we are seeking a Group Business Process Optimization Manager to join our Group Process Optimization Team in Prague. Reporting to our Chief Financial Officer, this role primary mission is to unlock measurable savings, increase operational productivity, and drive continuous efficiency improvements across all Group and Country business units. This role leads the identification, evaluation, and delivery of high-impact optimization and automation initiatives that directly reduce costs, eliminate waste, streamline workflows, and enhance service delivery. It ensures that every process improvement and automation project is tied to clear financial value, ROI, and productivity uplift, aligning with Group strategic priorities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

The main responsibilities are to:

  • Defines and implements Group Business Process Management framework including definition of methodology and tools. Establishes governance forums, processes, policies and routines to efficiently and securely deliver Automation & AI.
  • Evaluates automation landscape and implements technologies suitable for FEG environment in order to meet strategic goals, monitor competitors, drive operational efficiencies and cost savings
  • Provides expertise in process optimization and automation opportunities and manages the identification, evaluation, prioritization, build and operations
  • Is responsible for process deliverables including process projects
  • Ensures delivery of end-to-end process optimization and automation projects, including business case creation, value tracking, and reporting.
  • Creates, implements and maintains single Central Document repository and Knowledge Management framework

 

What We’re Looking For:

You should have experience in:

  • University Degree
  • Proven experience of at least 8 years in Process management or at least 10 years in Project management
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven experience in managing the process unit and definition of process standards
  • Experience in delivering optimization and automation projects
  • Lean/Six Sigma Certification/ Training
  • MS Visio/ Enterprise Architect
  • Process delivery framework
  • Business Continuity Plan process
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent facilitation and analytical skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Critical thinker
  • Creative problem solver
