Current Opportunity:

Right now, we´re seeking a Group Internal Communication & Events Specialist to join our great HR department responsible for: driving and delivering impactful internal communication and employee engagement initiatives across the Group, fostering a connected, informed, and inspired workforce.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:

  • Creating stories, videos, graphics and anything else to help with internal communication and its reach to the audience. Promoting the employer brand within the company.
  • Realization of ad hoc internal communication (preparation, creation, translation) and selection of suitable communication channels.
  • Take care of internal and some external social media
  • Responsibility for events strategy and its execution in Group Prague, cooperation with Group Split, CZ business; monitoring, aligning and best practice sharing with other countries; overview of activities through FEG. Responsible for proposing the event budget and managing the approved budget
  • Developing and executing a people engagement strategy that aligns with the FEG's overall mission, vision, and values. Implementation of employee engagement initiatives that drive employee motivation, morale, retention, and productivity.
  • Managing employee team building activities, social events, as well as identifying opportunities to enhance employee well-being and engagement.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the logistics for events such as venue selection, catering, decorations, and vendor management to ensure successful execution.

 

What We’re Looking For:

You should have experience in:

  • University Degree in Communication, HR or related areas.
  • At least 4 years of experience with event management and internal communication
  • Very good English in both written and spoken form (at least C1).
  • Good Czech, both spoken and written ( B2)
  • Knowledge of Canva, SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage
  • Strong project management and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

 

It would be a bonus if you bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing wellness programs preferred.
