Current Opportunity:
Right now, we´re seeking a Group Compliance Specialist to join our great Legal & Compliance department, responsible for effective and efficient management of compliance activities across the Group companies with the purpose of ensuring necessary compliance with all relevant license conditions, regulatory requirements, policies and procedures, including an understanding of the relevant technology.
The job holder will interact on a regular basis with the relevant local and group stakeholders in order to ensure full compliance with various local regulations as well as Group Policies and Procedures.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:
- Manage the Internal Rules Database (IRR), compliance databases, policies, procedures, reporting, and KYBP processes.
- Track CZ/EU gambling, AML and other relevant legislation and related regulatory developments, including implementation, ensuring compliance with both direct and indirect regulatory requirements.
- Maintain consistent compliance across all Group jurisdictions and operations, monitor industry best practices, and propose improvements where appropriate.
- Participate in compliance strategic planning, proactively advise management on compliance risks and issues, and support informed decision-making.
- Interpret regulatory requirements, provide compliance training to staff, ensure awareness across the organization, and support Group and local compliance audits.
- Collaborate with Group Legal, local lawyers, and technical teams to ensure up-to-date compliance inputs and effective implementation of regulatory-driven tools and systems.
What We’re Looking For:
You should have experience in:
- University degree in law/accounting/business
- At least 2 years of experience in law or compliance, with direct involvement.
- Fluent level of English, both written and verbal (at least C1 level)
- Strong Analytic and detail-oriented skills.
- Experience assessing risks and regulatory concerns with good problem-solving and decision-making skills
It would be a bonus if you bring:
- Background in the betting/gaming industry
- Experience in cross-country teams and an international company
