Current Opportunity:
Right now, we´re seeking a Group Customer Engagement Program Manager to join our great Commercial department, responsible for overseeing the strategic development and management of the Sportsbook Bonus Manager and Promotion Manager. This role focuses on driving product innovation through gamification, loyalty enhancements, and optimizing the customer journey, maximizing commercial impact, and enhancing customer engagement across Fortuna Entertainment Group. With a strong industry background and managerial expertise, the Product/Program Manager will define product strategies aligned with business vision, ensuring seamless execution through effective stakeholder collaboration and prioritization of key initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:
- Develop and articulate a clear product strategy that incorporates gamification, loyalty programs, and an optimized customer journey, ensuring alignment with company vision and customer engagement goals.
- Analyze and refine the customer journey to improve engagement, satisfaction, and conversion rates.
- Establish and monitor standard product metrics.
- Drive development of the Sportsbook Bonus Manager and Promotion Manager.
- Identify opportunities that maximize product ROI.
- Risk and Resource Management.
- Stakeholder Collaboration across departments.
What We’re Looking For:
You should have experience in:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in product/program management in sportsbook or gaming.
- Proven track record in product development and commercial success.
- Fluent English (C1).
- Experience with Agile and SAFe.
- Familiarity with CRM, bonus mechanics, gamification, loyalty programs, promotions, and customer journey optimization.
