Current Opportunity:

Right now, we´re seeking a Group Developer to join our team in Prague. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for manual and technical testing of components related to betting area within Fortuna Entertainment Group Sportsbook department. The candidate should be able to take complete ownership of quality on a project or system, analyze risks and execute a full spectrum of tests. We will appreciate a flexible person who is interested in wide range of testing areas from front-ends, APIs to DB testing and test automation. What You’ll Be Doing:

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:

• Modelling of RDBMS (PostgreSQL) ·
• Working with large amount of data and frequency of transactions ·
• Optimalisation of DDL and SQL queries ·
• Programming when using PL/SQL language ·
• Provide end-to-end technical support and problem resolution ·
• Working in DevOps environment ·
• Communicating autonumously regularly on technical matters with other developmet teams 

What We’re Looking For:

You should have experience in:

• University degree is a plus
• Experinece with RDBMS is required (especifically with PostgreSQL is a huge plus)
• Knowing theory of RDBMS in details
• Fluent English, both written and verbal (at least B2)
• Ability to work independently
• Analytical thinking
• Good communication skills

It would be a bonus if you bring:

• Czech - good level of written and spoken Czech language
• Advanced knowledge of Unix/Linux is a big plus
• GIT experience (or of other version control tools), Bitbucket, GitHub experience a big plus
• High focus and a natural ability to deliver
