Current Opportunity 

 

Right now, we´re seeking a Group Gaming Data & Fraud Analyst in Prague. To protect and optimise the Group's online gaming business through data-driven analysis, fraud detection and operational insight.

 

The role is responsible for aiding in the development of reporting & tracking for the gaming vertical, whilst identifying fraudulent activity, uncovering commercial opportunities through player and game performance analysis, and providing actionable intelligence that improves profitability, compliance and customer experience across all Group markets. 

 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

 

Data & Performance Analysis

 

  • Analyze casino performance across all Group markets, identifying trends, opportunities and risks.
  • Produce regular dashboards and reports covering revenue, player behaviors, game performance and supplier performance.
  • Monitor key commercial KPIs including GGR, NGR, margin, bonus efficiency, game RTP and player value.
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis to support commercial, product and operational decision-making.
  • Identify behavioral trends that can improve customer engagement, retention and profitability.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting and business planning with accurate analytical insight.
  • Prepare reports and visual presentations of data, trends, and analysis conclusions.

 

Fraud Detection & Prevention

 

  • Monitor player activity to identify bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, money laundering indicators and other fraudulent behaviors.
  • Develop and continuously refine fraud detection rules, triggers and analytical models.
  • Investigate suspicious customer activity and work closely with Risk, Payments and Compliance teams on appropriate actions.
  • Analyze fraud trends across markets and recommend preventative measures.
  • Quantify financial exposure from fraudulent activity and track effectiveness of mitigation initiatives.
  • Support market launches by implementing appropriate fraud monitoring frameworks.

 

What We’re Looking For: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fraud and data analysts
  • English language proficiency at B2/C1 level
  • Knowledge of basic database concepts.
  • Strong analytical background within online gaming, sports betting, ecommerce or fintech
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI
  • Experience investigating fraud, bonus abuse or financial crime
  • Excellent problem solving & critical thinking skills
  • Understanding of casino KPI’s including GGR, NGR, RTP & bonus economics
  • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions would be advantageous.
  • Uses data insights to guide recommendations, reports, and strategic decisions.
  • Able to approach challenges logically and propose practical, data-supported solutions.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in statistical and data analysis tools.
