We´re looking for a Group HR Planning & Controlling Specialist to join our Group HR Team. As an HR Planning & Controlling Specialist your role is to strategically create, implement, execute and manage workforce resources to plan in line with eligible business needs across FEG countries. You'll manage workforce and related cost reporting, analysis, and discuss and recommend corrective actions across FEG.

  

Responsibilities:

  • Create & manage concepts, principles, processes and tools for workforce planning across FEG countries

  • Conduct workforce capacity planning and ensure optimal resource allocation. Support the implementation of HR Workforce planning system

  • Manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy in payroll-related activities

  • Preparation of ad-hoc reports and calculations related to employee headcount development, changes in cost structure, turnover, etc.

  • Analyze and interpret financial data and results, consolidate data at the group level, preparation of presentation materials for group management

  • Communication with subsidiaries and colleagues responsible for personnel costs, explaining deviations between reality, plan, and forecasts on a monthly basis. Close cooperation with HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist during the annual salary review process and cooperation in preparing bonus calculation and payouts

  • Comprehensive coverage of budgeting and forecasting personnel costs and resources for all FEG entities, preparation of methodology, data collection, interpretation of year-on-year differences both technically and content-wise

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience HR planning, Controlling, Compensation&Benefits or Finance (or a related role)

  • Strong command of the English language for effective communication

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial and HR data

  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to consolidate data from multiple sources

  • Personnel systems knowledge

  • Financial experience

  • HRIS knowledge
