We´re looking for a Group HR Planning & Controlling Specialist to join our Group HR Team. As an HR Planning & Controlling Specialist your role is to strategically create, implement, execute and manage workforce resources to plan in line with eligible business needs across FEG countries. You'll manage workforce and related cost reporting, analysis, and discuss and recommend corrective actions across FEG.

  

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data from reports, deviations of actual situation vs. the plan, propose and discuss recommendations and corrective actions
  • Participate in the implementation of new HR processes and tools and train colleagues. Participate in the implementation of FEG principles, policies, rules, and internal regulations in FEG Group countries
  • Propose improvements in methodology, processes and tools
  • Participate in setting of other topics in area of job positions, compensation, benefits, work tools
  • Provide consultations and partnering to colleagues and managers
  • Participate and be responsible for projects in own responsibility and other projects linked to the agenda
  • Consolidate and analyze plans, prepare reports
  • Create, implement, execute and manage concepts, principles, policies, rules, processes and tools for workforce planning

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in economics or financial area
  • Czech and English are mandatory – for communication across FEG Group countries
  • 3 years of relevant experience in the area of planning, reporting, HR controlling
  • Great knowledge of MS Office (mainly MS Excel)
  • Ability to read the numbers and predict the behavior
  • Good capability of consolidate the numbers and present them to the business

 

Nice to Have:

  • Personnel systems knowledge
  • Financial and controlling experience

  • HRIS knowledge
