Current Opportunity:
Right now, we´re seeking a Group Head of Acquisition & Retention to join our great Commercial department, responsible of defining and executing a data-driven lifecycle strategy, from performance marketing and channel mix optimization to CRM, loyalty, and engagement excellence. The role ensures rigorous budget allocation, conversion optimization, and retention effectiveness, while working closely with Product, Technology, Brand, and local market leadership to enhance customer experience, strengthen competitive positioning, and drive measurable commercial impact in full alignment with Group strategy, governance, and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all digital channels (e.g., paid search, SEO, social media, display, programmatic). Develop and implement customer retention strategies to increase engagement, improve retention rates, and maximize the lifetime value of customers.
- Oversee paid media campaigns, organic growth initiatives, and new customer acquisition strategies with a focus on achieving ROI and acquisition KPIs.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the creation, optimization, and delivery of engaging and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Collaborate with product, design, and tech teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and to optimize the user experience across digital touchpoints.
- Lead loyalty program initiatives and create personalized campaigns based on customer data and behaviour.
- Analyse customer journey data to identify pain points, optimize touchpoints, and ensure continuous improvement in user experience. Work closely with data analytics teams to segment the customer base and design targeted retention campaigns (e.g., email marketing, push notifications, SMS).
- Develop a robust win-back strategy for churned customers and identify new opportunities for re-engagement
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing and retention efforts. Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, customer behaviour insights, and ROI to senior management.
What We’re Looking For:
You should have experience in:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years in digital marketing with at least 4+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Fluent level of English, both written and oral (at least C1).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to optimize digital campaigns, retention strategies, and customer experience.
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and segmentation in the online gambling industry.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and retention tools.
