Current Opportunity:

Right now, we are seeking a Group Head of Architecture to join our CTO`s team. As Group Head you will serve as a business partner to all relevant counterparties in the organization and other technology units, ensuring the establishment of FEG’s technology vision & strategy about betting and gaming unified platform and leading all aspects of the group’s products and services architecture.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:

• Ensures the architecture of the FEG platform is fit for purpose and supports business needs, including scalability and extendibility for growth.
• Provides holistic, end-to-end enterprise architecture, including the integration of third-party services, and is accountable for design creation and approval.
• Defines architectural principles, methodologies, and boundaries for all delivery units and the entire company.
• Makes key technical decisions regarding third-party selections and approves major changes with architectural impact across the organization.
• Leads the architecture community across all technology verticals, ensuring team management, people development, and motivation.
• Plans and implements technology strategy and roadmap, incorporating new technology trends, best practices, and industry standards, including security.

What We’re Looking For:

You should have experience in:

• 8+ years in Lead/Managerial role
• University education, preferably computer science
• Experiences with cloud, CI/CD, agile, and microservices architecture
• Strong Architecture knowledge of online portals and mobile apps  
• Experience with Web & Natives technology
• Advanced English (C1/C2) - written and spoken
• Experience in International environment or company set-up
• Strong ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and 3rd party agencies/partners

It would be a bonus if you bring:

• Experiences with betting and gaming solutions and services
