Current Opportunity:

Right now, we´re seeking a Group IT Service Owner to join our great IT department responsible for creating and maintaining the service lifecycle roadmap so that it aligns with the vision created by the Business and Architecture. As IT Service Owner, you will participate in negotiating Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) for the service and negotiating with related vendors and 3rd party providers eventually. You will represent the service across the organization.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:

  • Taking responsibility for a service delivery (Design, Implementation, Transition, Operation, Continuous Improvement, Budgeting)
  • Acting as a senior and SPOC for the respective service. End-to-end responsibility and Administration for respective technologies
  • Provide end-to-end technical support and problem resolution
  • Contribution towards decisions regarding the adoption of selected technologies
  • Communicating autonomously regularly on complicated technical matters with other teams
  • Continuous service improvements and management
  • Participation in a project related to the respective service

 

What We’re Looking For:

You should have experience in:

  • High/University education
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent Knowledge of English, both written and oral (at least C1)
  • Experience in IT and IT Infrastructure, with the administration of large-scale systems
  • Strong Networking experience is a must
  • Proven record from large IT Infrastructure Projects in domains of On-Prem or Cloud

It would be a bonus if you bring:

  • Experience with transaction and online systems
  • Experience with Firewalls and Security
  • IT Infrastructure certification(s) from relevant area
