Current Opportunity:
We are looking for a Group International Mobility Specialist to design, implement and manage FEG’s international mobility strategy, policies and programs across all our markets. This is a new role in our organisation, so you’ll have the space to shape how global mobility works at FEG from the ground up.
You will build and govern the framework that supports international expansion, acquisitions, cross‑border talent deployment and expatriate management, acting as the Group’s go‑to expert for immigration, relocation, cross‑border employment, assignment taxation and mobility governance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your daily activities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Coordinate relocations, transfers and short-/long-term assignments across FEG markets and beyond;
  • Act as the Group’s expert for international mobility, immigration, relocation and cross-border employment;
  • Ensure compliant employment and immigration solutions across multiple countries;
  • Advise HR, managers and employees on the most suitable mobility and employment setups;
  • Design and improve international mobility policies, frameworks and governance;
  • Oversee external vendors (relocation, immigration, tax, mobility consultants);
  • Support employees and their families through moves, ensuring a smooth settling-in experience;
  • Work closely with Payroll, Reward, Tax, Finance, Legal and Compliance to secure compliance and a smooth process;
  • Support business expansion, new market entries, acquisitions and international workforce deployment;
  • Manage mobility costs, budgets, reporting and KPIs;
  • Develop a Group-wide framework for international business travel and cross-border remote work.

What We’re Looking For:

You should have experience in:

  • 5+ years in international/global mobility, including expatriate management, relocation and immigration;
  • Fluent English;
  • Experience with mobility policy design and governance, and vendor/supplier management;
  • Good understanding of payroll, taxation, and social security implications for internationally mobile employees;
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
  • High ownership, able to work independently and build processes from scratch in a fast‑growing international environment;
  • Strong cultural awareness, able to balance employee experience, business needs and compliance.

Nice to have:

  • Background in global HR within a multinational environment; experience with expansion projects is a plus;
  • Experience with Asian markets is a strong advantage;
  • Experience supporting business expansion projects or new market entries is an advantage.
