Current Opportunity:
Right now, we´re seeking a Group Brand Junior coordinator to join our great Brand team responsible for organizing the overall Group Brand team work and internal creative development: assisting in capacity planning, alignment on creative tasks preparation and execution, team administration and tasks` prioritization.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:
- Support briefing within Group brand team for key projects and overlook the team delivery by holding project timelines. Checking deadlines and reminding all relevant team members in the process
- Daily recap / information to Group Brand Managers on potential issues
- Ensure all assets meet technical specifications and deadlines
- Maintains up-to-date project tracking – provides weekly update to Group Brand Managers
- Communicate on daily basis with the Group brand team and local markets on gathering essential inputs for assigned tasks. Set monthly calls with market MSOs/brand managers to discuss upcoming plans and improve ways of working
- Responsible for Weekly Group status: leading the meeting, PowerPoint kick-off off and amendment as per agreed timings, meeting minutes
- Responsible for administrative support: TASS management, POs creation, supplier alignment and internal group procurement. Monthly Group brand budget review with Group Head of Brand
What We’re Looking For:
You should have experience in:
- 1-2 years of experience in brand marketing in FMCG, start-up up or account management in an agency
- University degree in a related field
- Fluent English, both written and verbal (at least C1)
- Experience in Project Management and Online communication
- Knowledge of the Omnichannel communication
