Current Opportunity:
Right now, we´re seeking a Group Marketing Operations Specialist to join our great Marketing Operations team. The responsibility of the role is managing and optimizing marketing tools and processes to support both group and local teams. It includes maintaining and evolving marketing tools, ensuring smooth operations, coordinating marketing activities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives across brands and markets, ensuring timely and aligned delivery.
- Act as a bridge between marketing, product, tech, and data teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Support and enhance the Marketing Hub and other tools, aligning development with business needs.
- Optimize workflows and keep all marketing process documentation accurate and up to date.
- Provide tool support, onboarding, and training for internal stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure effective service and integration.
- Identify risks early and support quick resolution of project or operational issues.
What We’re Looking For:
You should have experience in:
- University degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Fluent English
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2C online or multi-channel marketing, preferably within a matrix organization (involving shared services and dotted-line management/communication)
- At least 1.5 years of proven experience working with CRM and marketing tools such as Bloomreach, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Proven experience in managing multi-channel marketing activities and coordinating various marketing projects
- Experience working within an Agile methodology
- Practical experience with Jira or similar task management tools
It would be a bonus if you bring:
- Knowledge of local languages - Czech, Slovak, Polish, Romanian, or Croatian
- Industry experience is a plus (at least 1 year in online or retail sportsbook and/or casino)
