Current Opportunity:
Right now, we´re seeking a Group Marketing Technology Manager to join our Commercial division. The core mission of the role is to drive the efficient and effective execution of marketing initiatives across acquisition, retention, and promotional domains. As Marketing Technology Manager, you will take ownership of our marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and continuous enhancement. Collaborating closely with the technology department and business stakeholders, you will co-develop innovative promotional mechanics.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:
- Lead the integration of the marketing technology stack, ensuring smooth onboarding for business team members (CRM, Acquisition, MSO, Retention, VIP, Retail managers).
- Evaluate and enhance the performance of marketing technology solutions regularly to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and current marketing technology documentation, and develop a platform for sharing insights and best practices within the marketing department.
- Identify and assess new technology solutions to improve marketing practices, ensuring alignment with company standards and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Implement the best tracking methods to support data-driven decisions in the marketing department.
- Create innovative engagement strategies using creative templates and promotions to enhance customer interaction.
- Develop and maintain a risk and incident management framework to protect the integrity of marketing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
You should have experience in:
- Fluent English, both written and verbal (at least C1).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a web developer or front-end developer, with exposure to marketing technology solutions, and at least 1 year of experience with CRM tools such as Bloomreach, Salesforce, or similar.
- At least 1 year of experience in a team leadership role, preferably managing cross-functional teams or projects.
- Higher education diploma in IT or a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
- Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and mobile app technology is essential.
- Solid understanding of WordPress and other CMS tools.
- Proven expertise with Vue.js, tagging solutions like Google Tag Manager and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud and AWS.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira, Trello).
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
