We are looking for a Group Mid IT Infrastracture Engineer, who will support design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure. He/she will be responsible for managing and supporting a variety of technologies with primary focus on virtualization platforms, physical HW infrastructure, data storage technologies and storage area newtorks.The IT Engineer will also be responsible for coordinating data center activities for partners and vendors, participating in group IT infrastructure projects and proposing specific components and technologies for future development.



  • Administer organization’s VMware and other virtualization platforms 
  • Troubleshoot performance issues for services running on virtual infrastructure while using reporting and monitoring tools
  • Implement hypervisor, firmware and drivers upgrades and patches
  • Provision and configure storage volumes for virtual infrastructure
  • Deploy and operate IT hardware in OnPrem datacenters
  • Coordinate IT hardware deployments with vendors and datacenter operations team provider
  • Configure new backup plans and perform data restores
  • Identify performance issues and provide performance analysis
  • Support cloud-related activities and implementation for integration of On-Prem and cloud infrastructure
  • Participate in service delivery during entire project life cycle 



  • Proficiency in virtualization platforms (VMware and other) administration and troubleshooting
  • Experience with On-Prem data center activities such as physical devices deployment
  • Experience with administration of storage arrays (HPE, NetApp, IBM, Dell) and their operations
  • Experience with backup & restore concepts and tools (Veeam Backup & Replication)
  • Experience with networking technologies (switching, routing, firewalls, both cloud/on-premise)
  • Knowledge of Storage Area Network concepts and operations
  • Knowledge of containerization platforms and technologies (OpenShift, Kubernetes)
  • Knowldge of concepts of transactional systems and databases
  • Knowledge of Cloud native technology domain (IaaS, PaaS services), Azure, AWS, GCP
  • Experience with automation, scripting, and configuration management tools (Ansible, Salt, or similar)
  • Experience with ITIL processes, ticketing and CMDB tools (JIRA, Service-Now or other)
  • General overview of cybersecurity
