We're looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join our Network Services team and support and manage our Group IT team service portfolio (Cloud/Network/Database/Office IT/Containers & Tools) during entire service life cycle (design, build, operations, CSI, ITSM). And to also ensure smooth service delivery of dedicated service(s) in granted responsibility domain with focus on state of art service level management (Incident/problem/change management, etc.).

 

THESE AREAS BELOW WILL BE MAIN PART OF YOUR WORK SO YOU WILL NEED EXPERIENCE WITHIN:

  • Understanding Protocols: In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and other key network protocols
  • Network Architecture: Ability to design and implement complex network architectures and topologies
  • Firewalls and Security Appliances: Expertise in configuring and managing firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS systems, and other security appliances
  • Threat Mitigation: Skills in identifying and mitigating security threats and vulnerabilities
  • Cloud Platforms: Proficiency with cloud networking services offered by AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
  • Hybrid Environments: Experience with integrating on-premises and cloud-based networks
  • Automation Tools: Knowledge of tools like e.g. Ansible or Terraform for network automation
  • Scripting Languages: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash to automate repetitive tasks and streamline network management
  • Documentation: Proficiency in creating detailed network documentation, including diagrams, procedures, and policies
  • Oncall Duty: Ability to respond to urgent technical networking issues or incidents outside of regular working hours
