Current Opportunity:

Right now, we are seeking a Group Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement and Sourcing team in Prague. The business function to ensure consistent and efficient Group‑level procurement activities by preparing, coordinating and maintaining contracts, sourcing processes and procurement initiatives across FEG companies, enabling savings, transparency and compliance.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

The main responsibilities are to:

Cooperate with business teams to lead and support correct application of the Procurement process.

Lead sourcing and tender processes across FEG countries

  • Prepare RFQs / RFPs and tender documentation,
  • Collect and compare supplier offers,
  • Support evaluations, negotiations and contract finalization.

Organize e‑auctions:

  • Prepare auctions,
  • Coordinate with suppliers
  • Ensure proper documentation of results.

Initiate and support category and savings initiatives:

  • Assist with spend analysis and price benchmarking across countries,
  • Prepare inputs for savings tracking and reporting,

Support deployment and use of Group procurement tools and standards:

  • Monitor end of contract periods, termination periods and proper timing for renegotiation, develop database for price benchmarking across the Group for purchased products and services.
  • Ongoing cooperation with the Group Procurement team members, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Preparation of periodic reports.
  • Good collaboration with company employees.
  • Caring for the good image of the company.

What We’re Looking For:

You should have experience in:

  • High School or University degree
  • English – working / business level
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contracts or commercial roles in multinational environment
  • Experience in procurement of IT, technology and general services
  • Very good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work with contracts and commercial documentation
  • understanding of procurement and sourcing processes.
  • Ability to prepare clear comparisons, summaries and reports.
  • Ability to use AI‑based tools to improve own efficiency in analysis, reporting and daily work.
  • Business and commercial drive
