We're seeking a Group Product Data Analyst to join our Product Insights Department. This role's main goal is to empower the Product Department through actionable data insights, thus enriching our product offerings. By harnessing analytical techniques, the focus is on extracting valuable intelligence from diverse datasets to inform decision-making across the department. This collaborative effort seeks to enhance product performance, refine strategies, and foster sustainable organisational growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Builds strong data models based on online (GA4 and GA UA) data and transactional data extracted through SQL queries
  • Comprehensivelvisualiseses and interprets data.
  • Helps to architect and design web events structure together with Product, Marketing and other teams
  • Generates analytical product insights geared towards Product improvement
  • Identifies and interprets trends or patterns from complex data sets
  • Controls the quality of the data in cooperation with other BI team members
  • Helps to translate numbers into plain language and actionable insight to support product & business performance

 
Requirements:

  • 3+ of experience in Web analytics/Data Modelling & Analysis
  • Knowledge of SQL, BigQuery and data modelling 
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including pivot tables, lookups and other advanced functions)
  • Knowledge of visualisation tools (Power BI, Looker Studio) 
  • Knowledge of database structures 
  • Ability to synthesise information and data and generate actionable data insights
  • Fluent English - both written and verbal
