Do you want to be one of us?

 

We seek a proactive Group Product Insight Team Leader to effectively lead the Group Product Analysts and Group Product Web Analysts in creating impactful product strategies and insights for all FEG markets. This role will involve providing valuable support to stakeholders in decision-making and conducting thorough assessments of company products and customer journeys to drive optimization.

 

Please note that we are only looking for someone for the temporary contract as a maternity leave cover.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the Product Insight team to provide correct, accurate and in-time data and explanation for trends;
  • Present analytical results and insights, including recommendations to support the goals set out by product strategy;
  • Document approaches and strategies to monitor core KPIs illustrating Product impact on business financials;
  • Promote understanding of crucial insight for both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Lead analytical work in proofs of concept and research projects, using appropriate data sources to meet the Product´s needs.

 

WE REQUIRE:

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate & product strategy including experience with forming data-driven; recommendations for top management´s decision;
  • 2+ years of people management experience;
  • Product management, product development and project management experience;
  • Understanding of databases and data models;
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (PowerBI, Looker Studio);
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills;
  • Fluency in written and verbal English;
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research;
  • Customer-centric approach and thinking.
