Current Opportunity:

Right now, we are´ seeking a Group Product Specialist - Poker to join our Commercial Gamming Operations team in Prague. A role that is responsible for the poker product. Ensures and actively cooperates withing internal poker product team and other internal teams to support the poker product operations, performance, marketing and technical readiness. Role is entrusted with support of operational agenda around a product within all active and potential markets, including monitoring user feedback. Key part of agenda is to monitor, analyze, evaluate and report the data and trends for the product to support and optimize product performance, whilst supporting the Group Product owner in vendor and supplier management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Marketing

• Works closely with Group Poker Product Owner and Marketing teams within all markets to ensure consistent product communication across all channels with the appropriate tone of voice, content, and timing
• Helps with marketing materials preparation
• Communicate with customers on Poker product communication channels (discord)
• Monitors the competition and market trends
• Supports the forum for sharing best practice between local execution teams

Product operational management

• Role is the main contact for Group Poker Product Owner in the support of operational management of the product
• Monitors product performance, analyzes, evaluates and reports data to Group Product Owner
• Prepare materials for managing events, and promotions based on plan - configuration, testing, ensuring communication, launch, and collecting data for evaluation of the effectiveness
• Helps with creating configuration documentation for poker tournaments and tables for Fortuna
• Oversees the functional client support of the poker product
• Collects feedback from clients and responds to their requests
• Monitors technical performance and outages
• Ensures internal poker product knowledgebase and shares knowledge

Development

• Role is the main contact for Group Poker Product Owner in the support of development and technical updates of the product
• Helps with implementing any changes in legislation
• Prepares supporting materials and tests news and features from development within poker network or internal features
• Cooperates with other group departments, with departments from other entities (products) on cross-sell, especially for casino and betting

What We’re Looking For:

You should have experience in:

• English B2 (Upper-Intermediate English) – full professional work.
• Knowledge of any other FEG group language would be beneficial – Polish, Croatian, Romanian.
• 2+ years of experience with gaming, especially poker products, detailed knowledge and personal experience with poker.
• Personal interest in poker and knowledge of poker games, history, development, trends across the markets.
• Data analysis – ability to analyze, understand and evaluate gaming / poker data.
• Knowledge of the main brands/players and orientation on the poker market worldwide
• Knowledge of Poker Game Rules.
• Strong analytical skills, the ability to work and read data and thereby bring profits.
• Language skills – ability to prepare product communication internally and externally (copywriting, editing, ability to work with social media).
• Orientation in gambling legislation.
• Practical approach, responsibility, reliability, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Art of communication with colleagues and customers, able to collaborate remotely across multiple teams.
