Current Opportunity:
Right now, we´re seeking a middle-level Group Program Manager to join our Sportsbook Product Department. This role's main goal is to drive and lead the end-to-end implementation of new products and services within a project and agile environment. As Program Manager, you will follow the project from ideation to rollout and delivery, working for all five countries and six brands.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:
- Working closely with the team to deliver defined not only technology projects or complex services or business programs and projects on time and within budget and quality, communicating and presenting the progress of activities
- Help manage financial aspects, budgets, reporting of related activities, monitoring and managing end-to-end delivery of programs and projects
- Assist in identify, monitor, and controlling risk, managing stakeholders' expectations and helping them understand resource constraints and prioritization
- Understand the internal customer's business to be able to proactively act on any situation that may occur in the portfolio of programs and projects.
- Collaborate on specifying requirements for new services, for their certification and licensing according to the country’s law and for their integration to local Fortuna systems.
- Juggling multiple and conflicting priorities in a timely and sensitive way, with full transparency to the stakeholders, serve as an escalation point within assigned activities
What We’re Looking For:
You should have experience in:
- +3yrs experience in project management in IT / SW development
- Fluent in English and knowledge of Czech or Slovak is mandatory
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the area of computer science and/or project management
- Orientation on project and agile methodology and following simple principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Very good technical and organizational skills
It would be a bonus if you bring:
- Certification / professional training in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) or Scaled Agile Framework is an advantage
- Experience in an international environment
