Current Opportunity:

Right now, we´re seeking a Group Program Manager to join our great Payment team and be responsible for the Management of multiple product deliveries within the SAFe agile environment in cooperation with external partners and internal teams. As Program Manager, you will overall be responsible for end-to-end implementation and launch of new products and services from innovative and dynamic payments area.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for managing new payment product deliveries within Fortuna Group with a focus on completing the goals in dedicated time, budget, scope, and quality to satisfy stakeholders.
  • Lead multiple initiatives integrating and improving third party products to internal systems and rolling out these products to local markets (Czech, Slovak, Poland, Romania, Croatia). In cooperation with other departments (Product, Local business, Legal & Compliance, Technology, Procurement, Marketing etc.) with the aim to support product strategy and deliver business, regulatory and technology requirements.
  • Manage specification of requirements for new services according to business needs and country’s law.
  • Lead cost estimating, contribute to the business cases, monitor and control budgets, and look for opportunities to minimize costs.
  • Prepare and actualize features and time plans and proactively manage the tasks to meet desired milestones on time.
  • Plan and manage allocated internal and external resources. Plan, monitor and control quality of deliverables. Identify, monitor and control risks.
  • Manage internal customer acceptance of the solution and its expectations in line with agreed Business Requirements Document.

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

You should have experience in:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • +3yrs experience in project management in IT / SW development, preferably in an international environment.
  • Professional level of English (at least B2)
  • Orientation on project and agile methodology and following simple principles is a must.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

 

It would be a bonus if you bring:

  • Certification / professional training in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) or Scaled Agile Framework
  • Jira & Confluence
  • Experience in payments area
