Group Promotion Specialist

Current Opportunity 

Right now, we´re seeking a Group Promotion Specialist to join our Customer Engagement team, responsible for maintaining the documentation, playbooks and templates that markets work from, act as first-line support for local teams building promotions, and checking that what goes live matches the group standard. You also produce the report that shows whether the catalogue is being adopted and how promotions are performed. Working under the day-to-day guidance of the Group Senior Promotions Specialist, this is a role for someone early in their promotions career who wants to learn the mechanics of the industry from a group perspective, across two verticals and eight markets. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to: 

• Maintain and manage the Group Promotions Catalogue, ensuring that documentation, guidelines, templates, and standards remain up to date, accurate, and accessible for local teams.
• Provide operational support to local market teams in the setup and execution of promotions, resolving issues and escalating complex requests when required.
• Perform quality assurance checks on promotional campaigns before launch, verifying compliance with group standards, parameters, terms and conditions, communications, and tracking.
• Coordinate and maintain a centralized promotional calendar across all markets, identifying overlaps, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
• Produce reports and analysis on catalogue adoption, execution quality, and promotional performance to support strategic decision-making.
• Support the rollout of new promotional mechanics, gather player feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer experience and promotional processes. 

What We’re Looking For 

You should have experience in: 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent English, both oral and written (at least C1). An additional FEG market language is an advantage.
• 1–2 years' experience in marketing, CRM, promotions or campaign operations. Current experience or background in gaming/entertainment is mandatory; exposure to sports betting or iGaming is strongly preferred. 
• Basic understanding of bonus and promotion mechanics in sportsbook and casino
• Campaign or promotion management platforms, ticketing systems, spreadsheets; able to learn Promotion Manager and Bloomreach Engagement on the job. 
• Able to work with performance data: build and interpret straightforward reports. Strong Excel
