We're looking for a Group QA Analyst who will be mainly responsible for testing on the large scale and more complex projects of Fortuna Entertainment Group where cross teams and 3rd parties’ delivery is expected. At the same time the QA Analyst will be responsible for the timely delivery and that processes and methodology, that had been set up, are adhered to. He/She should be able to take complete ownership of quality in projects delivered (act as a main guarantor for quality), proactively analyze risks, so that these could be addressed and mitigated in advance.
YOU WILL:
- Take complete ownership of high-quality testing delivery on projects impacting several countries and different vertical units
- Coordinate test analysis and test execution
- Regularly communicate with internal business stakeholders including product owner/ manager and technology counterparts
- Create and regularly update test strategy/test plan according to feature delivery changes
- Provide reports on the progress of testing and quality
- Identify necessary test data, test tools, test types, environment requirements, handles limitations and provides testing outputs (plans, quality reports, ...)
- Revision of test coverage across various test types/ levels
- Formal approval for deployments to PROD environment (in test management tools such JIRA)
- Manage defects and enforce ETA identification for such defects and their resolution according to ETA specified, escalate where the ETA is not met, or it is likely not to be met
- Bug prioritization and severity review with business or product owner where wrong bug severity seems to be assigned
- Coach testers on the topic of test analysis, functional and technical testing
- Identify options for test automation and plan development of automated tests together with the test automation team
YOU HAVE:
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/ management
- Advanced test analysis skills
- Payments delivery/ testing experience is highly preferred
- Knowledge of test automation and performance testing
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases
- Knowledge of sports betting and online casino – from user and/or backend perspective is a plus
- Experience with Agile development and testing (ideally with Safe model)
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery concepts
