Our Group Marketing Department is looking for a new team member responsible for creating new personalized content campaigns across all FEG markets. We need someone who is up to date with the latest trends and developments in e-commerce communication channels. 


  • Create campaigns in the relevant system for all CRM activities such as email, site/mobile messaging, SMS marketing, loyalty programs and others;
  • Ensure all bonuses, codes, promotions and campaigns are delivered and correctly set up;
  • Suggest continuous improvements for communications to optimise performance;
  • Create AB test scenarios to optimise the effectiveness of CRM communication;
  • Use PowerBI reporting and other reporting tools to optimise the campaign setup;
  • Prepare monthly and weekly reports of CRM activities.


  • Fluent English; 
  • At least 2 years of experience as a CRM executive or similar positions;
  • Strong analytical/commercial/number focus, including experience in managing significant marketing budgets;
  • Good technical knowledge of CRM and analytical systems.
