We are looking for Group Reward and HR Planning Manager. You will be responsible for management of Organisation design, Compensation, Benefits, People Cost Planning and reporting, Payroll and related polices and procedures.

This role leads strategic people planning (budgeting, forecasting), design, analysis, modification, communication, implementation and management of organisation design (management) and compensation & benefits programs across FEG, payroll in CZ.

This position is knowledgeable of internal FEG reporting requirements, drives and ensures its adherence through FEG, monitors relevant major government rules and regulations associated with organisation design, compensation and benefits.

 

Responisbilities:

  • Responsibility for Organisation design, Compensation, Benefits, People Cost Planning and reporting, related polices, procedures and tools across FEG, Payroll in the Czech Republic.
  • Contributes to overall FEG HR strategy and employee value proposition and provides consultancy in the scope of responsibilities, shares best practices.
  • Organisation design: Owner of FEG organisation design principles and rules.
  • Compensation & benefits: Setup of strategy, related policies, benchmarking and reporting for FEG; cooperates on implementation (primarily in Group). Operates calculation of bonuses, accruals, salary reviews.
  • Workforce and cost management: Leads people and people-related cost budgeting, planning, controlling and reporting across FEG, both methodology, processes and tools, same as leads the operation.
  • Reporting of key value drivers in HR area.
  • Drives performance management and employee engagement surveys setup and operations across FEG.
  • Leads personnel administration for Czech Group and payroll for Czech Republic.
  • People management: Leads a team of HR specialists.

 

Requirements:

  • 7 or more years of relevant and demonstrated compensation & benefits strategy &administration experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a position where the responsibilities included significant and successful conflict and problem resolution experience, as well as the clarification of policies and guidelines, is required.
  • Ability to effectively lead a wide variety of HR professionals, regardless of their experience level and specific HR expertise in achievement of established goals and objectives.
  • Willingness to work hands-on with team when necessary.
  • Overall understanding of processes, continuous improvement work and an ability and interest in identifying and championing new ideas .
  • Relevant and demonstrated experience in working and managing teams in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to build relationships, teamwork, and networking in a virtual international context.
  • Basic business and accounting principles.
  • MS Office proficiency and good understanding of the role of IT in supporting HR processes.
