Current Opportunity:
Right now, we´re seeking a Group Rewards Specialist to join our great HR department responsible for job evaluation and grading, setting pay ranges for roles, and supporting fair and consistent employee remuneration across FEG Group countries. The role contributes to the creation, implementation, and maintenance of group-wide reward principles, policies, and internal regulations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:
- Create, implement and execute concepts, principles, policies, rules and internal regulations in the area of job positions evaluation, compensation of job positions (total target cash, base salary, variable pay, obligatory payments, rewards/recognitions etc.), employee benefits and work tools and employee compensation in line with company needs and market trends
- Manage and execute job positions evaluation (grading)
- Manage and execute compensation policy, accenting the pay for performance principles
- Own and manage the end-to-end Annual Salary Review process across the FEG Group, including methodology design, guidelines definition, budget logic, implementation, governance and evaluation of outcomes
- Secure market benchmarking in the compensation and employee benefits area, define a preferred supplier of across FEG Group countries. Manage and execute internal employee groups policy (bands)
- Design, maintain and govern pay ranges in line with job architecture, grading, internal equity and external market benchmarks
- Lead the annual bonus calculation process, coordinating data inputs from HR, Finance and the HRIS team and ensuring the correctness of final bonus outcomes.
- Actively contribute to the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive, continuously reflecting legislative changes in the area of compensation and rewards
What We’re Looking For:
You should have experience in:
- University education (economics or finance)
- 3 years of relevant experience in the area of compensation, employee benefits, HR benchmarking, HR controlling
- Fluent Knowledge of English, both written and oral (at least C1)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Hay methodology
It would be a bonus if you bring:
- Personnel systems knowledge
- Experience with Success Factor Solution
