Current Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Group Rewards Specialist to help shape how we pay and reward our people across all the company´s countries. In this role, you’ll work on job evaluation, salary structures, bonuses and benefits, making sure our rewards are fair, competitive and aligned with our business strategy and market practice.

You’ll translate market data and internal analysis into clear frameworks and guidelines that managers can use in everyday decisions, and you’ll cooperate closely with HR, Finance and business leaders to support responsible, well-structured people decisions across the Group.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your daily activities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Design, implement and maintain compensation and benefits concepts, policies and internal regulations across the FEG Group;
  • Lead job evaluation (grading) and manage internal employee groups/bands and related pay structures;
  • Own the Annual Salary Review end-to-end: methodology, guidelines, budgeting logic, governance and evaluation of outcomes;
  • Design, maintain and govern pay ranges in line with job architecture, grading, internal equity and external market benchmarks;
  • Manage compensation policy with a strong pay-for-performance focus, including base salary, variable pay, bonuses and recognition;
  • Support the design and execution of variable pay schemes and the annual bonus calculation process, coordinating with HR, Finance, HRIS and external suppliers;
  • Secure market benchmarking for compensation and benefits, and help define preferred providers across countries;
  • Cooperate on OPEX and personnel cost (PEREX) budgets and forecasts;
  • Own the functional design of the Compensation module in HRIS, translating Total Rewards needs into system requirements;
  • Produce and analyse regular and ad-hoc compensation/benefits reports, turning data into clear recommendations for the business;
  • Act as a partner and advisor to HR, managers and other stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Audit) on all compensation & benefits topics.

 

What We’re Looking For:

You should have experience in:

  • Around 3+ years of experience in compensation, employee benefits, HR benchmarking and/or HR controlling;
  • Fluent English;
  • Very strong MS Excel skills (and solid overall MS Office);
  • Experience with Hay job evaluation methodology;
  • High level of thoroughness, attention to detail and results orientation;
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
