We are now looking for a Scrum Master to join us and to guide the team and help them achieve PI goals within SAFe methodology framework adopted here in FEG, facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution as well as support and educate Product Owners and Team Leads, especially with respect to regular ceremonies.
YOU WILL:
- Facilitate team ceremonies (Retrospectives, Reviews, Plannings, Dailys,...)
- Help your team to adapt to constant change
- Communicate and facilitate communication within the team and across the organisation
- Coach the team in Agile culture of „We“
- Measure the teams velocity and other metrics in order to facilitate better long-term planning and predictability
- Cooperate with other Scrum Masters & Agile coaches on all topics above
YOU HAVE:
- Experience within Agile/Scrum/Kanban or any other Agile frameworks
- Overview of any scaled Agile approach, but SAFe is preferred
