Current Opportunity:
Right now, we´re seeking a Group Senior Advertising Specialist responsible for manual and technical testing of components related to betting area within Fortuna Entertainment Group Sportsbook department. As Senior Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for the strategy, setup, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across five markets (Czechia, Croatia, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia).
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:
- Develop and optimize campaign strategies across social platforms aligned with brand and performance goals.
- Coordinate campaign implementation both in-house and across markets, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Analyze campaign performance and report on it, delivering actionable insights to improve results and achieve business objectives.
- Provide everyday support for the local markets around social media planning and optimization
- Lead and support the implementation of new advertising tools and technical solutions to enhance campaign efficiency and automation.
- Mentor junior team members and serve as the main point of contact for social advertising within the local markets.
- Follow platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure relevance and innovation in campaign planning.
- Provide input and share knowledge to help the Acquisition Team and wider organization build expertise in social advertising strategies and tools.
What We’re Looking For:
You should have experience in:
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, min 3 of which in social media area
- Advanced knowledge of the Business Manager and Meta business suite
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented with a passion for digital innovation
- Great knowledge of digital marketing, advertising platforms, campaign optimization, A/B testing, etc., as well as practical use of Power Bi reporting tools
It would be a bonus if you bring:
- Experience managing multi-locale advertising programs is a strong advantage
- Previous experience in an international organization with cross-market collaboration is a plus
